Very pleased, as is usual, that it is a Friday evening. It’s been a grey drizzly day.

Merlin is chirpy this evening. His liver function is still very bad but his mood is generally good so we and the vet are taking this as a good sign. There are (very expensive) further investigations being suggested but we need to find out more about what they involve and the likelihood of different outcomes before we make a decision.

Meanwhile it is time to relax with some podcasts and perhaps a catch-up with one of the sailing blogs we follow. Have a lovely evening.
