Plans changed...

I planned  to spend a big chunk of today at the library but then thought I might be better learning the meaning of the Guernsey place names on the list we were given on the silver course because Yan may well include the in our Guernesiais course which begins in about 10 days time. 
Good decision since it rained all day.
But glancing at a list of names while watching telly doesn’t give a blip. So when I prepared the vegetables I took a picture “just in case” I forgot to take a pic of the finished meal. I did forget!  So here is the raw version. Once cooked it was delicious with tagliatelle.
