Day 325/20. A very wet, rainy day

A walk alongside the River Itchen today and we were trying to figure out what was in the river ahead. A red and a yellow dot. Maybe dogs with swim coats on? As we walked we caught up with them and all became clear.
Two girls, on a cold November day had decided to go wild swimming with woolen beanie hats and floats. As we caught up with them we had a chat and they seem to be regulars. One did not even have a wetsuit on, just a swimsuit. 8 degrees and raining hard in a fast flowing river.
We carried on our wet walk with full rainwear, they carried on with their swim..... (see extra picture today)
