Lakeside.....

It was a day to lie low for me. I have have been unwell since Wednesday with gastric problems. A visit to our GP this morning was followed by two trips to Wairau Hospital for blood tests, a change of medication and a visit to the pharmacy. I’m pretty well sorted now thanks to Helen, our GP. I side-tracked to the Taylor Dam late morning and saw this pair of black swans serenely floating on the lake. A lovely place to visit with lots of other bird life as well.
