Fix it!

I have been without a home telephone line and broadband for 2 weeks now. So frustrating! Today i double checked everything my (very uncustomer- friendly) provider has encouraged me to check. Plenty of communication from my part (including chasing and complaints) but not much forthcoming from them. The saga continues...
