Today's the day...

....to fly!

Daughter A had a very early flight to Melbourne via Auckland, she's landed and all is good. Sad she's left us but thankful for the seven months we've had together as a family, also fortunate A has a job after being made redundant in Berlin earlier in the year.

6am the sun was rising, beautiful soft colours tending towards vibrant nearer the sun. As I drove home a light fog hovered over farmlands creating a soft peaceful landscape. It was a pity I was on the motorway as it would've made a stunning image.

It's been a lovely day, E and I walked Pup Pup and then mum and I were invited out for an impromptu lunch catching up with relatives.
