Monarchs

The temperature was below freezing last night but got up to almost 60°F/16°C today

Once the temperature was close to 50°, I went outside for a while and took some mending that needed done.

Baron was not very nice and scared the red-bellied woodpecker away from the bird feeder before I was able to take its photo.

Fortunately not long after, a couple of monarch butterflies arrived and spent time in the honeysuckle where I was able to get some good photos of them.

I didn’t get much done today as I was tired after such a long day yesterday.
