Sunflower seed #6

A bit better night, slept for longer periods.....lots of disturbances early morning, skip collection just after 7.30 followed by the bin men. We didnt get up early though.

Made a few phone calls to try and move things along, bottom line is hub now has an appointment with Consultant next Monday.
Covid test booked for tomorrow.

We had our usual breakfast.....and I went to get hubs paper. Been pretty chilly today, just 7 degrees, but mostly bright and sunny.

Whilst we were sat in the lounge I noticed a couple of blue tits flitting back and forth to the rather tatty bird feeder in our magnolia tree in the front garden. Camera was to hand, fired off a few shots......all nicely lit by the sun. I was pretty pleased with this one, complete with sunflower seed securely in its beak :-)

I popped out for half an hour this afternoon just to collect a prescription from the chemist. I did some laundry this morning but thats about all today.

Hub didnt want anything for dinner so I just had an M&S mini quiche with some fried tomatoes, mushrooms & courgettes. I had to smile, Hub put his face mask on....he didnt like the smell of the cooking :-/ I sat and ate at the island in the kitchen with the windows wide open and the extractor blaring!

We are currently watching the rugby semi final, Wigan v Hull , so far so good ;-)
