So - I have been playing once again with the camera settings. I have no choice when it is hooked up to the telescope than to use manual mode so there is plenty for me to adjust and completely cock up.

Really.....I still can't get a decent starscape.....ISO / aperture / shutter speed. I have read and read and read....but now I just need to go out there and adjust until I get it right.

Thankfully, digital photography gives plenty of opportunities to press the delete button on the keyboard - even though I have not actually pressed delete. After all - I can learn from the failures.
