Ninesprings

We went to Yeovil this morning for a walk in Ninesprings Country Park. It's a large area of unspoilt park and woodland but pretty much at the end of the High Street so very popular with locals for lockdown exercise.

As the name suggests, there are a number of natural pools and streams: I liked the reflections in this one. We reckoned we'd earned a takeaway coffee and a slice of cranberry and white chocolate tiffin from the park cafe.

On the way back we stopped at a garden centre which we'd been told has a really attractive Christmas display to check it out as a place to take Sophie. Hopefully we'll be able to in December.

This afternoon we had another company come to asses our rising damp; hopeful their quote will be less expensive than the last one.
