I had a Microsoft Teams virtual meeting following on from last month's hospital assessment. I felt listened to (and understood), even if the plan going forwards seems far from straightforward. More clarity in December perhaps.

AND, new steroid cream seems to have helped: my hands have taken a small but appreciable first step back towards having less awful skin integrity... Didn't dare spend much time outdoors with ducks though, so just macro-and-flashed the condenser microphones of my portable recorder. One day I'll record the ducks' various noises for my sampler...
