Fireworks! Like the first day on the Somme tonight. One went off at 6pm that sounded like a car bomb. Tommy has been terrified. I read on Facebook about putting something tight over his ears. I found one of my fancy schmancy picc line covers from a few years back, stuck it over his head and voila! It did seem to help although I'm not sure whether it was just the stress of having a balaclava on that distracted him from the whizzbangs.
