Heavy industry

Our village doesn't have many big factories, this quarry is one of the two (the other one produces biros and other smaller office tools).
The quarry produces a lot of noise and heavy truck traffic. And vibrations, not only when they are breaking and sorting the granite, but also when blasting new parts of the hill into smaller pieces. (We expect [rare] earthquakes during the weekend, the blastings on weekdays.)
Apart from granite in larger and smaller blocks and stones, down to gravel, the quarry produces also tarmac/asphalt. In a nearby quarry of the same company they "harvest" basalt.
