A curry by any other name...

... (And I thought it was too boring to blip when it was looking like proper curry yesterday!). Today it’s mashed up, for someone who had some truly horrid dental surgery earlier. And he can’t even eat it hot! I’m going to adorn it with some buttery mashed sweet potato and a dollop of creme fraiche, hoping it might look a bit more appetising than it sounds. And then we’ll sit and wait for it to go cold :-/
(Apparently the surgery went well. So that’s good news. Here’s to keeping teeth!).
