Into the light

I idled around at home today. But by 4:30 I decided I should at least make the effort for a short walk. I didn't meet a soul; the light was lovely; I saw a flight of cranes pass overhead, but much too far away for a photo.

I caught up on GBBO: oh Hermine! What on earth made her decide to junk her tested recipe and make something up on the fly? Especially when she was already in trouble? It looked terrible. Peter was excellent, but I'm still expecting Dark Horse Dave to shock everyone in the final.
