Clearing the leaves

Blowing leaves off a path on Kinnoull Hill. I didn't know they did this - I guess it stops the paths getting slippery with decomposing leaves.

The day started with a report that our idiot PM had declared his desire to  roll back Scottish devolution. That would commit me to voting for independence quicker than anything. It might still be true - he'll need a distraction or two from Brexit consequences soon - but it seems he might have just spoken without advice.

Later, more bad news about the need for increasing restrictions. If this is really a disease of the winter things will get worse before they get better.
