The Royal Iris

Nice to meet Simon and Lily who were chilling on the river wall by the decaying Mersey ferry, Royal Iris. I had to ask them for a photo and they kindly obliged me. What a lovely couple.

Onward home for a fascinating Zoom talk at the City of London and Cripplegate Photo society (see website) about the history of photography . Astonishingly beautiful and sharp early images. A good evening.
