Unison

I was unsure if It was worth joining? However in Social Care it was actively encouraged!
So I have but welcome any views on this Matter!

A v stressful day and my immediate mentor/supervisor is really not doing anything to help induction.. I am.guessing orientation myself.. my Lead manager is really good.. So.if.CQC visit and I don't know whats going on then down to him.
He disappears cannot.pin him.down with time to help me, I think he is lazy and clever at looking busy and making himself scarce..he's laid back person but....
