Winstons

My regular reader may remember Winston the gnome who returned from Cornwall with us last month. Well this afternoon, while at the garden centre, I spotted a whole load of his seasonal relatives.

It was all a bit festive in there, unsurprisingly. It did occur to me, though, that garden centres, being allowed to stay open during lockdown, have rather an unfair advantage over other retailers in the Christmas market this month/year.
