Ham House
I was last at this National Trust Property on 4 July. The House is still closed but there is a lot more activity going on in the grounds. There were lots of staff, some of whom I presume were volunteers, doing all manner of things to maintain the gardens.
The main photo is the rear facade of the house. The extra is the terrace, and in the distance is what was the Royal Star and Garter Home in Richmond for injured ex-service personnel. It has now been sold and converted into aparments.
