Cake

Cooked a cake today, something that happens only once or twice a decade!

Since we had our kitchen redone back in September we have been waiting for the oven that we ordered back in July to be delivered. Heard this morning that it wouldn’t be available until January. Grrr... so an alternative is being delivered on Friday morning.

Obviously without an oven, this is a microwave fruit tea cake. When I left for a walk there was a smaller slice missing, so J obviously liked it!
