2020 Sunday — Jade’s Birthday

Tomorrow, Monday November 16th, is our great-granddaughter’s 5th birthday. Jade was our first great-granddaughter. She was born in Joplin, Missouri. Her mom and dad were living there because he was serving as a recruiter in the U.S. Navy. Now they are back in San Diego and he is once again stationed on a ship.

Jade’s party, a small one because of the pandemic, was today. We mailed our gift and did not attend the gathering, which I think only included the next door neighbors; they are also a Navy family.
