Gloomy

Not a cheery day weather wise, and I am SO missing my swim. I was stiff and sore so I decided to wander round the block to ease the pressure.

I decided not to head along the muddy bit to the Bridleway, but one man and his dog were just heading there. 

I decided to make Nigella’s rather unusual sandwich loaf. (Knead for 10 seconds !!!!!  Wait for 30 minutes. Three times)  I’ll report back.
