Signifying change

Tiring day at work, covering the absence of the senior doctors in one of the ward teams while continuing to be the ICU consultant. Fortunately, my registrar is able to do much of the assessments and willingly consults about the interventions, often having decided correctly already.

Coupled with a shortage of sleep, I was too tired to want to go out in this evening’s warmth. So I chose a photo of the advertising board for the apartment.
