The Highlands Again

A better weather day today so this afternoon went for a walk , the highlands were near the gate ,a lot of mooing and the little ones were being pushed about by the big bullies I don’t know if they were waiting for the farmer with some food for them .

My knee has been aching a lot over the weekend so I didn’t want to walk too far I probably walked too far last week , so tonight I had a lovely bath with Epsom salt and I’ve done some boring exercises.
Just finished watching the second half of I’m a celebrity I’m not as bothered about it this year probably because it’s not in sunny Australia it’s in not so sunny Wales I’ll see how it goes.
