The Autumn colours were still stunning in Castle Espie today. Someone was tidying up the leaves. You have to book your visit to this Wild Fowl and Wetlands Trust site. As a result, it's so beautifully quiet you can see and hear the birds so much more clearly in their natural environment... Bliss!
