Fika

The recipe for the cookies I often bake is certainly not American, although the name of the cookie is American peanut cookies.
But the salty peanuts for my cookies come from America anyway.
American peanut cookies are here served with Swedish coffee. But it is not Swedish, we do not grow coffee here. But we call it Swedish coffee here. I do not know why.
I drink my coffee with oat milk. And it is Swedish.
And fika is Swedish. Very Swedish and very important in Sweden.
