Blue skies !

Lovely to see blue skies today. 

I had a meeting this afternoon so I did my usual Monday afternoon walk before lunch continuing to put my new fitbit through its paces.  I remain impressed by the walk tracking and was pleased to discover I had retained some of my old power walking briskness. 

I also met a fellow committee member from one of the local organisations I'm involved in and enjoyed a longish pavement chat. It did however reinforce the awareness that whilst zoom etc gets the job done you miss out form the chit-chat before and afterwards, chit-chat which is far from inconsequential and helps with team building etc.
