George Street Regen

I'd intended for today's blip to be a tirade against consumer society as embodied by the massive extension of the Buchanan Galleries Shopping Centre (why do we need more of the same shops just on the other side of the street?) but the beautiful weather lightened my mood in the nick of time.

I took a wee lunchtime stroll down Albion St and was struck by the incredible blueness of the sky and the brash yellowness of the massive crane that's currently building the University of Strathclyde's Technology and Innovation Centre. It was quite a sight so I blipped its reflection in the shiny Herald Building instead.
