New tent

So we had a walk by the canal today. Lovely to be back to walking the canal path after feeling under the weather for a few days. We took along sandwiches, snacks and a new mini tent for if it rains or gets too cold. We also saw a kingfisher again. The first time for ages. It was so good to see it flying from branch to branch and diving down for fish. We stopped to have our picnic and it started to rain so we put the tent up. It was great and worked really well. We had a lovely walk. It rained most of the way back but we were so interested to watch the kingfisher that it didn’t matter at all.
