The Company of Watermen and Lightermen

This boat is moored at one of the boatyards on the River Thames at Isleworth, presumably awaiting some work. It's historically interesting as the Company of Watermen and Lightermen is the organisation that regulates those who carry goods (Lightermen) and people (Watermen) on the river. Despite the somewhat sexist name, the current Master is a woman, Mrs Gina Blair.
