The Eyes Have It

The Blackheath Blippers threw out a challenge and the idea was to use glass. I haven't seen all the participants as I've been flat stick all day but the ones I have seen, Hobbs for example are really marvellous! I decided to have a go myself and this was the result!

I used a large paperweight that is made of glass in the shape of a cut diamond. I played around with it for ages and got many different results with the sun shining through it and getting rainbow colours bursting forth from it.

But it was when I started trying to capture myself looking through the prism of the glass that the really weird effects started happening!

It was great fun! :)
