Brave Boy Lollipop

My Dear Princess and Dear Fellows,

Awww. The little man looks so SMALL in this picture, doesn't he? Hiding against Caro while the MEAN VET tries to examine him.

Poor Jasper got bitten on the bum by Punky a few weeks ago. You may remember the incident as reported here. Anyway, it has not healed so Caro and I took Jasper to the vet - 

"I DON'T WANT TO GO! I DON'T WANT TO GO! I DON'T WANT TO GO!!!"

The vet said some MEAN things about Jasper's weight ("He's not a breakfast-dodger, is he?") and then gave us some pills to give Jasper which should help him heal in a few days. We have to take him back next week. 

Of course, this involves GIVING Jasper the pills. You know how that goes. We have managed it, but he's not happy with us. 

In the evening, Joshua came around and we watched an action film. It seemed to lift his spirits. Joshua, not Jasper. Jasper had already bounced back by then.
