Sizzle

First time cooking the Brazilian cut, Picanha. It was delicious, here sizzling at our top temperate in a mix of butter and olive oil. Took us back to our happy days in Brazil...hopefully, AMealIAteToday will appreciate it! Such a food inspiration!
