House plants - Christmas Cactus

We were given this plant a few years ago and it does okay but I have never read how it should be looked after until now.  I am a bit amazed it has flowered really as it seems I have not done the right things.  Might have to pay a bit more attention in future.

A busy day at work, still have lots of things outstanding but got a few things started, which I find is half the battle.

I got out for a while at lunchtime and picked up a few more leaves. 

A relaxing Friday night with a nice glass of wine and the weekend has arrived.
