Bravery

The lighthouse was awash this afternoon and whist we were taking photos from the shelter of the castle wall we saw someone come to take photos of the rough sea with his phone. We thought he was brave, we were lucky to have a zoom lens and so did not need to get so close.

We watched the ferry going to Herm Island and although we are both good sailors, felt a tiny bit queasy as it rocked and rolled in the surf. The weather is set to worsen overnight and so I imagine it will be very wild tomorrow.
