colour on a dull day

A wet weekend, but with its bright spots :-)

I had nice distanced conversations with my friends Joanna and Toby this morning and a walk to Routin Brig with D in the afternoon. One of our neighbours, who drives an ancient Land Rover, stopped for a chat and left this pretty pool of volatile colour behind on the road.

I did some knitting and listened to this week’s podcast on from my favourite doctor, Rangan Chatterjee He has such interesting guests on his show and a real variety of topics.
