Unintentional Diwali

It is the Festival of Light - Diwali - today.  There was no premeditated  intention of making a feature of it but I was working on another still life and got sidetracked when I noticed some roses had quietly died on my mantlepiece and cobbled this together.  The candle was an accidental extra prop and then I realised the connection with today's Festival.
