Day 243

We went to the Windsor farm shop this morning for a dairy free pack of hot chocolate for Yasmine. When we got home there was a message on the answer phone . I knew what it was before I phoned back. It was the daughter of an ex colleague and very good friend who said her mother had passed away very suddenly Wednesday . They were unable to raise her on the phone so went round and found her dead. Had a few tears made a few phone calls , more tears. And finally ate lunch.
I will miss her very much as will others . She was 3 weeks short of her 80th birthday .
On the Canadian front - great grandpa is in hospital with a urine infection. 2nd within 3weeks. I dont want any more bad news please
