WITH A SONG IN MY HEART

3 Bags Full! (Well 2 and 1 still to come)

We arrived back at the house at 9.30 this morning after a quick whizz round tidying the boat and packing up our 'toys'.
Sewing machine, fabrics, knitting, art stuff and musical instruments plus a bag of laundry and one of food.
We'll be here for a few days, maybe a week. It's mainly so I can get on with the quilts and I'll have more room to lay them out on the bed to get the designs in the right order.

Bob next door had taken delivery of some parcels - 2 of which were wool from the no slaughter sheep flocks I found out about on line - Izzy Lane and Woollie Farm - I'm thrilled to bits with it. There is still a reddish one to come from another company called Outside Dyers and I've also since then found another company that my friend on FB put me on to - Doulton Border Yarns. Who knew there were such farms around that genuinely love and care about their sheep and lambs. It fills me with joy.

We're having a chilled out afternoon now with the stove lit. No sewing today just reading the paper and our books and maybe a bit of sketching. Coffee and bikkies - Oh and I remembered there is still treacle toffee in the freezer! I must restrain myself!

Enjoy your Saturday folks!
