Lockdown 2 Day 10
A run by blip of these horse chestnut leaves.

Question

If you are a motorist driving at speed along a country lane and ahead you see a cyclist on one side of the road and a runner on the other side , do you
A ) Take your foot off the gas a bit knowing that the two other road users will very quickly become separated by enough of a gap to overtake safely, then drive slowly past giving both a wide berth.

B) Keep going at speed knowing that your 4x4 will easily squeeze between the cyclist and the runner with at least, oooh a couple of inches to spare either side .They will both be aware of your vehicle and there’s no possibility of either of them encountering a pot hole or puddle or slipping on an acorn , or being taken by such surprise that they lose their balance. Then drive on thinking ooh they’re waving and shouting something wonder what that could be, probably congratulating me on a fine piece of well judged driving.
