At last

A supermarket shop first thing. I was back by 9:30am.
We were up at Jeans in the afternoon. I dealt with the charity clearance people who were taking the last of "the stuff" that had accumulated in the garage. I wasn't sure whether they'd still be working with lockdown in place Fortunately they were. I decided to let the singer sewing machine go too.

The estate agent came shortly after. She seemed positive and said the market has flipped at the moment. Normally it's quiet at this time of the year, but she reckons people are buying to beat the March 31st 2021 stamp duty deadline. We'll just have to wait and see. The main thing is, it's on the market and that's another step towards closing this chapter. That probably sounds empty and emotionless, but it will be a forever home for someone.
