Enjoying the warm water
After a busy day starting to sort out our Christmas stuff (gotta start early this year so we don't get caught with our knickers around our ankles like last year)...especially as we have decided to make a lot of our presents this year.
It's time to pull in the belt a bit...besides it's so much more personal and fun to make things to give to loved ones rather than buying things that invariably gets made in China.
We watched an episode of the new Mandalorian (love it) and then headed to the beach for some swimming and paddling. I trotted around the edges taking pics of mangrove swampy stuff and the kids frolicking in the water ........then tucking my dress into my knickers I waded in....a bit.
A quick tea of some fish n chips and headed home.
I used an old camera today and when I posted to Blip told me that I already posted sometime in 2014...might have to fix that for the future...although to be fair I don't use this camera much...I just couldn't be stuffed lugging the bigger one down to the coast.
Thanks for all the love on the Yellow Tree Peony....very lovely of you.

Salt. Heavy air.
Sound. White waves.

against a forgiving shoreline
under a sky that dances
