Determination and Persperation

Tonight we had another run in the Tuesday night 5k Run series. The determination by these runners out wieghs the persperation in trying to improve every time they race each other. Because Millie is very small she runs taller against the others to make them work very hard to try and keep up. Maybe if she kept her feet on the ground she might run faster or because she is running so fast she is in the zero gravity range. I used my new monopod tonight and found it quite different but very simple and easy to work with and a few more outings I think I will be quite comfortable with it.
