Birmingham - week four of ?

I have been asked to extend my four days a week in Birmingham to the end of June six months instead of the original six weeks. I'm uncertain as to whether to accept this 'opportunity'.

I decided to find an alternative route to the office today and walked along the canal bank. Yes that is ice you may have spotted in the water.

I ended up walking just over three kilometres rather than the usual three-quarters, and this after avoiding the cooked breakfast. Righteous moi!
