He Isn't What You Think He Is......

It is Flower Friday and there are still some wildflowers around if you know where to look and don't mind getting off the paved path.  This is a flower that I am not very fond of, because it is invasive and will crowd out the native wildflowers if not controlled.  Okay, it is not a bad -looking flower, but its name is ugly----it is called Bastard Cabbage.  You may think the visitor is a bee of some kind, but it is tiny and it doesn't have the right markings or hold its wings correctly for a bee.  I believe it is either a Hoverfly of some kind or a Cicada Killer Wasp.  If I am wrong, you can tell me>  Thanks to Biker Bear for hosting.....
