Gold on the Clifftop

Goat-walk on the clifftop. Then down to Boscombe Pier and back along the beachfront. Lovely weather. 

On the way photographed this patch of lush grass and dead ferns. Later I reviewed my images, and the ferns had a acquired a sumptuous gold tint. SOOC,  just cropped to 16x9. 

Been following a supposed hostage taking situation, at a Montreal office block, on a French Canadian news channel (“hundreds of hostages”). Police, ambulances etc. called out.  A few minutes ago they announced it was a “canular”. Looked it up, that means a hoax!  Someone’s going to be in hot water.
