Friday

My day started at 2.45am. I went back to bed around 5 for a few hours. I am exhausted. 

Supermarket with Mum. 

As a family we had bad news this afternoon. 
I walked and cried along to the beach. 
It was nice to be by the water, it was peaceful. There were at least 10 of these birds walking around. I did google them earlier, but I can't remember the name now and can't be bothered looking again!
