Fatsia Japonica, Flower Friday

What an achievement by Joe Wicks. We dipped in and out during the 24 hour session and the enthusiasm and mental endurance he showed were astonishing.

I did the third of his “Wake Up With Joe” sessions this morning. I would have liked to have done the last of his HIIT sessions at 9.05 which rounded off the 24 hour marathon. It wasn’t convenient so we watched it while stuffing our faces with porridge.

As it was the morning passed by in a flash. Susan cut my hair, did the cleaning while I cooked tomorrow’s dinner, cleaned the kitchen and made lunch.

Today’s blip of a wasp on our fatsia japonica was inspired by one of the blippers I follow and I can’t remember who and I can’t find the post now either. Doh! I commented that I was planning the same. So here it is. Is BikerBear still hosting Flower Friday? Well, my thanks to whoever is.

There was time in the afternoon for a walk before darkness fell and Susan had to go up to her mum’s to cook her dinner and carry out numerous other tasks.

Friday night again. Beer in fridge. Chocolate at the ready. Omelette and salad for tea.

Just heard the news that Dominic Cummings has gone. About 6 months too late I think. That’s made a good start to the weekend. Have a good one everybody.
