Covering the ground

Yellow leaves cover the sidewalk and the ground when I went on my walk today.

The holidays are approaching. I need to figure out or ask what to get people for Christmas. I emailed my brother over a week ago, but he hasn't replied. That's fine. I am considering cutting him out anyway. His rhetoric and hatred are too much, and I don't need that in my life. Jill's easy to shop for because she has an online wish list loaded with stuff.

I probably write about my brother too much here. But it really bothers me.
